Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
There are just some places where you walk in and can almost hear the sea—even before you spot it outside the glass. This three bedroom apartment at Emaar Beachfront is one of those. You step off the elevator and it is quiet despite being in Dubai Harbour, which always surprises me. But once you get inside, the tall windows pull your eyes straight out toward the water. I actually just stood there for a minute the first time I visited, just trying to work out how many shades of blue happen between the Marina and the open Gulf. Palm Jumeirah sort of peeks through as well, but the views are just big and open and completely calming.
This is not really your standard apartment. It is part of South Beach, which happens to be Dubai's first proper holiday home project from Emaar, so even the layout feels light and sort of easygoing. You have got the living room, dining and kitchen all in one long flow. I always notice that it does not feel cramped, even with real furniture set out for families or friends. The kitchen surprised me since it is actually stocked and planned for anyone who really wants to cook, not just heat up a takeaway. Even the appliances are proper pro level. White cabinets everywhere, which bounce the sun back in the afternoon. There is this faint hint of turquoise on fabrics here and there, which just quietly matches the water outside. It is a small touch but it just works.
You will find three bedrooms along the side, each with plenty of privacy. Both of the second bedrooms have built in closets—decent size, not one of those apartments where you need storage units stacked high just because you want to unpack. The master, honestly, is the one you will want to wake up in every day. It has got a walk-in closet that actually fits more than a few suitcases plus it comes with its own en suite. What I liked most though was the private balcony you get right off that room. It is just big enough to pull a chair and coffee outside first thing in the morning. The wraparound balcony is another thing you will notice. Imagine having friends over and sliding open the glass doors, letting conversations drift in and out, with that breeze moving through. It really does open up the whole space. Sometimes you will spot a boat setting off below or kids moving along the beachfront in the distance. It just feels like Dubai, but not the rushed one that most people know.
It is fully furnished too, so there is no headache about waiting six months for furniture deliveries. Even little stuff like the bathroom taps and shower heads feel solid and high end, which, let's be honest, is not always the case everywhere. You do get a maid's room as well. I have noticed that for families this is a lifesaver, especially for longer stays or if you are serious about letting the place out to guests. The place also has a powder room tucked away, which is handy if someone pops by for coffee before a marina stroll.
The lifestyle here is something else. You are part of Emaar Beachfront, so it is more than just a place to sleep. There is an infinity pool that looks like it just spills out into the sea. Landscaped gardens where I have actually watched people strolling with kids and coffee, bare feet sometimes since the grass is new and soft. The beach is private and stretches a long way. I have seen families set up for the day or people going for sunrise runs along the shore. Concierge is always around if you need taxi help or anything sorted quickly and valet gives you an easy option for parking even on busy days. Honestly, sometimes it feels more like a relaxed retreat than a city apartment.
Plus if you like to explore, Dubai Marina sits close enough to wander to, with all the restaurants and cafés you have heard about. But once you are home it all goes a little quiet and the only thing you have to worry about is if you want to swim or just watch the lights over the water.
Whether you're thinking about living right on the beachfront or you want an investment where people will actually want to stay again and again, this South Beach apartment might just make sense. The best way to know if it suits you is really to visit and just feel the place yourself. Let me know if you want to walk through with no pressure. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your next move to feel as easy as living by the sea.
