Some afternoons you will see a few neighbors sitting out reading by the pool or walking over to the park. Kids can play without a fuss and there is visitor parking so it does not get awkward if you have people dropping by. The community park is taken care of really well so you get to walk in real grass and under actual trees. It actually feels cool in the evenings — which is rare for Dubai. Even getting the groceries done is not a headache here since Ibn Battuta Mall is so close and there are plenty of little shops around the area.

Honestly this duplex just offers a really good mix of privacy and connection to the city. You can get downtown fast but it feels a world away from all the noise.
