You do not feel isolated like in some high rises. The pool downstairs is great for a quick dip after work and there is visitor parking so your friends can actually come over without doing laps around the block. The nearby park is well maintained and you will see families out there on weekends with snacks and bicycles. If you ever want to get out, Sheikh Zayed Road is just around the corner and places like Ibn Battuta Mall or Jumeirah Islands are so close you might just walk if it is not too hot. Coffee shops are never far away in this spot. Life just feels connected here but never rushed.

There is space here too. The built up area gives you more than enough room to not feel cramped even if there are three or four of you plus guests from time to time. The plot outside the apartment is just as big if you want to step out for a bit of air but honestly, you have got the balconies and the park, so there is always somewhere to go if you need a moment.
