Burj Vista, Downtown Dubai
Some homes just feel different when you step inside and this three bedroom apartment in Burj Vista Downtown Dubai does exactly that. The first thing I noticed was how the light seems to move all the way across each room the whole day. It is bright and soft in the morning and kind of golden in the afternoon. I think it is the floor to ceiling glass everywhere but also because you are so high above Downtown you even get a gentle breeze most of the time. Sometimes you catch a little flutter of sunlight moving on the wall and it just feels calm.
When I stood by the window in the living area I could not help just looking at the Burj Khalifa for a while. It is one of those views you are not going to get bored of. You see the Dubai Fountains and the Downtown boulevard too. Actually from every single room I looked out and saw something different. The bedrooms each have plenty of space and built in storage which you notice actually does a better job of keeping things tidy than you expect. The main bedroom feels tucked away just enough so early morning city noise does not get in here. There is also a maid's room a separate guest powder room and two bathrooms so you are never bumping into anyone when you do not want to be.
Okay the kitchen. This one actually feels like somewhere you would want to cook a real meal not just warm up leftovers. It is semi open and fitted out with everything you really need. You can picture yourself having coffee here with the sun coming up or maybe meal prepping while chatting to someone in the reception area. The reception itself is much more inviting than most and sometimes you almost just want to sit by the windows and just watch the city for a bit. Honest truth is sometimes you just find yourself slowing down and forgetting your phone was even in your pocket.
That balcony is probably the best part of this Burj Vista apartment. You are right up there on the fiftieth floor or so with enough space to stretch out. You could put out a dining table or even a hammock and just lose yourself for a while watching the city change as the day passes. The sunsets are pretty amazing up here. You almost get a sense of peace looking out over Dubai with nothing really blocking your view. It is quiet enough to hear yourself think which is not something I take for granted in Downtown Dubai.
Living in Burj Vista means you are literally minutes from Dubai Mall and you have direct access to the metro which makes getting around easy. If you like being close to things or you just want to live where the action is it is hard to pick a better spot. The building itself is impressive even the lobby makes people stop for a second and look around at the vaulted ceiling. Residents get a proper resort style swimming pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa. There is a modern gym that actually has all the right equipment plus indoor and outdoor kids' play areas tennis courts a barbeque place and even a yoga studio tucked away for quieter moments. You see people heading out for coffee downstairs pretty early most mornings and in the evenings sometimes you notice families walking or even a few kids biking around close by which is a nice break from the usual city rush.
There is always a bit of buzz in this part of the community but upstairs it stays surprisingly peaceful. Honestly it just feels easy here. You get all that Downtown Dubai energy right when you want it and plenty of quiet space at home when you need to focus or relax. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If you have any questions or if you just want a walk through let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we really do try to make your next move feel as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
