Some places you walk into and it just hits different. This three bedroom apartment in Bahar at Jumeirah Beach Residence it made me pause when I walked in for the first time. Maybe it was the feeling of all that natural light coming through those floor to ceiling windows or just the way you can spot the marina skyline from almost anywhere in the room. Either way you get this mix of calm and a sort of happy energy before you even unpack a box.

You start in the double height living room which might be my favorite spot in the whole place. The ceilings just keep going up and the windows stretch with them. Maybe a playroom or a spot to work from home. Some people might even turn it into a mini gym or just a space for hobbies.

If you like food or even just making your morning coffee the kitchen actually feels like a kitchen you would want to cook in. Not one of those cold designer places that never gets used. At night the lights from the towers look pretty amazing and the feeling is a little unreal. The bedrooms are all a good size and the best thing is they feel flexible. Set up your own corner for reading or make a cozy home office by the window. There is space for it.

Being in Bahar you are right in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence. Sometimes you just slip on your sandals and you are down by the beach in a couple of minutes. The Walk is nearby too so grabbing a quick bite or people watching at one of the outdoor cafes kind of becomes a habit. Kids are usually out on scooters or bikes just before dinner parents wandering after them and somehow everyone always ends up by the sand. Even with all this happening outside your apartment it feels surprisingly quiet inside. That is pretty rare.

Honestly if you are looking for a real home with style and a bit of soul in JBR it is worth a walk through. You will notice the difference the moment you step inside. Some places just do not come up often and with these marina and sea views and that easy access to so much a person could want it feels like something you should see for yourself.
