There is a gym so if you like a morning workout or an evening swim you never have to drive anywhere. The golf simulator is there for when you want to practice your swing and the pools are just the kind of place you end up spending lazy weekends with family. Even valet parking and optional housekeeping are sorted so settling in is smoother than most places.
The thing that makes this spot stand out is the location. You are in Dubai Media City which keeps things interesting. The Marina is really close by so weekends can be about walking along the water or stopping somewhere along JBR for coffee. The tram and the Palm Monorail are right there so getting around is honestly one of the easiest things. Some families I have met here use the public transport more than their cars just because it is quicker. The coffee shop downstairs is never far and you will see people just catching up or working on their laptops there in the afternoon.
People ask me if unfurnished is better and I always say it depends how you feel about bringing your own style. Here it is just a blank canvas so you can really make it yours. With a payment plan available it is not as tough to get started as you might think and whether you want to settle in long term or keep it as a holiday home it is set up for both.
Honestly though the only way to know is to walk through yourself. Pictures are good but standing by those windows and just letting the noise of the city fall away is different.
