Kids never seem to run out of things to do and there are cool shaded walkways for afternoons when the sun is strong. Sometimes I see people out there just reading or hanging out under the trees almost forgetting that the city is only minutes away.

The bones of this area just feel solid. People take care of their gardens. You hardly see trash on the ground. The place just has a lived in feel that is getting harder to find in newer parts of Dubai.
