It is a straight road out and somehow there is always a sense of calm once you turn off the highway and head back into the community. Sometimes I forget my phone and only realize it much later because it just feels that relaxed around here.

Golf fans get their own treat with access to one of only two European Tour Performance Institute spots in the world, which means you can watch a tournament or just practise like the pros if that is your thing. November gets a bit more busy with the DP World Tour finishing up at the Earth course, but it is the kind of busy that feels like a real community coming together.
