Some places just surprise you. I remember the first time I walked out onto this slice of coastline where The Exclusive Nine villas are coming up and for a second I forgot I was even in Dubai. You get this beach lifestyle where you can jog along the sand in the morning or watch kids race their bikes by in the evening. The Jumeirah Beach Hotel is next door and if you like to swim or use the spa it is all within arm's reach. And if you need a bit of shopping or want to sneak out to the Mall of the Emirates or meet someone in another part of the city the roads are easy and quick from here.

There is something reassuring about the way these villas are set back from everything but still so close to the best bits of Dubai. The privacy is real. No packed high rises staring in. Just you and those rare open views over the water. The finishes are going to be just as you would want nothing too showy just solid details and good taste. Sometimes you catch yourself feeling settled before you even move in.
