The location puts you pretty much in the centre of Dubai Land. Whether you work in Downtown or have plans near Dubai Marina, you are still close. Even the airports are just a quick ride when you need them. Hospitals and schools are within a short drive which, honestly, gives you one less thing to worry about if that matters to you.
