Some places just let you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. This studio apartment in Bella Vista over at Damac Hills is one of those. I still remember the first time I was there the hallway was really quiet and the afternoon sun just poured in through the floor to ceiling windows. You walk in and you just get this sense that it is the sort of space where you breathe a little slower and somehow you end up standing by the window to see how the light hits everything. Honestly it is a proper studio layout but it does not feel boxed in at all.
Right from the start you notice the open plan layout. The living and dining areas seem to kind of melt into the kitchen so you do not get those weird angles or sharp boundaries. It is just one clean space and the neutral colors help too it all feels gentle on the eyes. I liked the kitchen straight away it is one of those spots that makes you think you might actually cook or at least chop a few veggies for lunch. And the bedroom space does its job well with full height light wood cupboards which feel solid when you tug on them. Plenty of storage and the fixtures are quality without shouting about it if that makes sense.
As for the views well the windows really do go all the way up and it is worth stopping to take a look. You get a show of green stretching out across Trump Golf Course. On a good day you can see golfers moving between holes and the sprinklers catching the sun in the late afternoon. If you like to sit out with a coffee or watch the sky shift colors in the evening the balcony is where you will want to be. It is easy to picture yourself here after a workday phone somewhere across the room maybe just listening to the birds for a minute.
Now the building itself is part of Bella Vista which means it plugs right into the best bits of Damac Hills. I am not much of a gym person myself but the fitness space here is actually not intimidating at all you will see all sorts using it and it is got everything you need from weights to proper cardio machines. There is also a spa area plus steam and Jacuzzi so you get that hotel feeling when you want to unwind. The swimming pool is temperature controlled so it is good all year round and the deck feels private too.
Outside you have a whole stretch of retail and little cafes so you do not have to go far for a morning coffee or to grab groceries. There is a clubhouse for residents and some beautifully looked after gardens right outside where you sometimes see kids rolling around or neighbours catching up. For anyone who likes to get out and move there are tennis courts and a skate park tucked away and honestly the bike paths go for ages.
Location is something people talk about with Bella Vista and I get why. It sits really close to the Trump Golf Course so if you are into golf at all you will probably end up spending more time outside than you thought. If you have kids there are some very good international schools nearby and driving out is actually simple with the main roads close but not in your face. You can get in and out without much fuss. The supermarket is right around the corner so there are no excuses for takeaways every night.
With a built up area of about 425 square feet it suits anyone looking for an easy Dubai home. Maybe your first place maybe a second home for short stays or even a sharp investment if you want something that will rent well. The parking spot is included which saves hassle.
The only way you can really know if it feels right is to come see it and let yourself just stand inside for a bit. If you want to walk through or just have some questions I am always around. At LuxuryProperty.com we really do try to help you feel sorted and comfortable with your next Dubai property move.
