Instead it is all about clean lines lots of sunlight and one of those layouts that just seems to make life easy. Cardio types will like the big gym and honestly it is not too busy most times I have swung by. The two storey clubhouse has a different energy you can just read or meet neighbours over a coffee. You get views of green spaces but also some city skyline peeks from here. Even car owners are sorted with electric charging stations. Not bad for Dubai at all.

Living in Meydan puts you close to everything central so you are never stuck in traffic for long. Downtown Dubai is just minutes away and if you need to get to DIFC or Dubai International Airport it is basically a straight shot most times of the day. Instead of feeling far out you get the newness without any hassle. Shops and small restaurants are always springing up nearby and the local coffee shop is never far if you are running late in the morning.

This studio is great for anyone who wants a base in Dubai that does not feel like the same old investment apartment. Truthfully it works for someone living on their own someone starting out or even as a solid rental because of how new and easy everything feels. Sometimes you find a spot where you can just see yourself dropping your bags and fitting in. That is what this place does.
