Some places just put you at ease without even trying. This studio apartment at Maison Majestine in Business Bay sort of does that. I walked in and caught myself pausing right by those full height windows for a bit, looking out at the city and thinking how calm it actually feels inside, even though you are in the heart of Dubai.
The space here flows easily. Nine hundred plus square feet is a lot more room than most studios get. This one just feels open and comfortable from the first glance. The big thing you'll notice is how the living and dining area melt into each other. It is not one of those tiny studios where you have to compromise or shift things around just to make space for a coffee table. You feel like you could really settle in. The windows really are something. They stretch from floor to ceiling, so even on a regular afternoon you get that glow when the sun falls a certain way and the Dubai skyline pops up just outside.
The kitchen is part of the flow but it stands on its own. It does not just look modern for the sake of it. There is actually room to cook real meals, or just to make coffee in the morning and take a minute before your day begins. By the way, you can see the Burj Khalifa while you are waiting for the kettle. Sometimes, that feels wild to me. The bedroom area is cleverly tucked into the edge of the layout, so you never feel cramped even with the open plan. There is plenty of space to keep things out of sight and still have favorite books or bits of travel up on a shelf if that is your thing. You get a sense that the interior design is done so you do not have to try too hard. Subtle beige touches and just enough color here and there to keep things warm, but never in your face.
One of the best things about Maison Majestine is that once you are here, you can see why lots of people do not want to leave. Honestly, you can just head downstairs if you feel like going for a swim. The main pool is temperature controlled and there is a quiet corner for kids if you want to bring them along or just watch from the edge as they splash around. The gym is a proper one, not a tiny room with two machines. I heard a neighbor chatting about how the steam and sauna rooms actually get used here, which kind of tells you people live real life in this building rather than just passing through. The gardens are a surprise too. They are actually landscaped so you can wander around or just sit for a bit. In the evenings, you sometimes see a few neighbors with coffee cups in hand watching the city lights come on. Plus if you have someone in the family who likes to keep busy, the kids club and play area are always buzzing with energy.
Living in Business Bay means you're pretty much connected to everything. The Dubai Mall is right there, so shopping is never a headache, and if you want a nice meal or a weekend brunch, the choices are endless. Sometimes you forget how close you are to the best spots till you walk down and see tourists taking selfies with the Burj Khalifa. Even simple things, like always finding a valet or the round the clock concierge who actually remembers your name, make life smoother than you'd expect from other towers. Evenings can be as lively or as quiet as you want them. Some nights, all you need is your balcony and the city lights.
Whether you want a spot for yourself or you're thinking about a place to rent out as an investment, this studio is right in the middle of everything worth having in Dubai. You will only know if it feels right when you see it for yourself, though. Let me know when you want to walk through or if you just have a question about the area. At LuxuryProperty.com, we do our best to make your next move in Dubai feel easy and relaxed, and honestly, that is how it should be.
