I went in the other day and honestly I found myself pausing in the lobby just to look at the marble floor for a second. There's something solid and welcoming about these spaces. The light is just right in the afternoon and sometimes all you hear is a couple voices or maybe a bit of music drifting from another hallway. Plus there is 24 hour security which gives a bit of peace of mind especially if you sometimes get home late. I noticed the health club is always in use. People actually use it here. The gym is well equipped and not just a token afterthought. You get a decent view out the window as you run or cycle so workouts feel less like a routine and actually something you'd look forward to. There is a big landscaped swimming pool that gets nice light during the day and at least when I was there a couple people were stretched out in the sun or just hanging out by the water. Even if you do not swim you might find yourself getting down there just to take in the view a bit.

Speaking of views and places to go it is hard to beat the location. In less than fifteen minutes you are at Dubai Mall so if shopping is your thing or you just want to catch the fountains you are sorted. Al Khail Road is right there so heading out is easy whether it is work or just a drive on the weekend. You will also find all kinds of little cafes and shops nearby and sometimes it feels like everything you need is right on your doorstep.

And if you are into parks or the beach you'll find Al Khazzan Park just a couple of kilometres away and Jumeirah Beach Park is not far at all. Sometimes in the evenings you see families heading out together or folks jogging as the city starts to cool down. There's always something to do or someplace fresh to discover in Business Bay. Even the airports are not far you can get to Dubai International pretty quickly or use Al Maktoum if you are traveling out further.

Honestly this studio feels easy from start to finish. Not too big not too small and every bit feels usable. You can just imagine coming home and actually looking forward to it after a busy day.
