Urban Oasis, Business Bay
Some homes just have a certain feel as soon as you walk in and this studio apartment at Urban Oasis in Business Bay definitely has that. I pushed open the door, expecting the usual small Dubai studio but the light just pours in through these big windows and honestly it felt calm right away. You get this open space where living area and kitchen flow together and that makes it seem way more roomy than you expect for a place about four hundred twenty square feet. The view from here is honestly one of my favourite things because you get to see this gentle stretch of the Dubai canal and the sun kind of bounces off the water late in the afternoon. Sometimes you even catch boats going by which just adds a little something to your day if you are working from home or just taking five after a busy day in Business Bay.
So the vibe really matters when you are choosing a studio in Dubai. Out of all the apartments I have walked through in Urban Oasis this one feels especially new and you can tell nobody has lived in it yet. The flooring is smooth and cool underfoot and the kitchen is set up so you have a lot more storage than you would think. You could actually cook a proper meal here which is nice because so many apartments just stick in a tiny space for a microwave and leave it at that. The living area and sleeping space are sort of divided by how the layout works so even though it is technically a studio it feels private enough to have friends over without your bed being the main thing people notice. I took a seat by the window for a few minutes and you can smell the city in the air but it is not loud up here so you get both the energy of Business Bay and your own peaceful spot.
The bathroom is well finished with clean lines and plenty of space for your things. It is not cramped at all which is one of those details people do not always think about until they actually move in. You will also see that the finish through the whole apartment is pretty sophisticated, nothing too over the top but there is a sense that someone cared about getting it right. The elevator was fast both times I tried it which you do not always get, especially in some of the older towers around Business Bay, and the lobby has this easy feel where you could see yourself coming home after work and just relaxing for a minute before heading up.
Living in Urban Oasis actually puts you in the heart of so much. Business Bay gives you tons of restaurants and cafes never too far from home and it is a bit of a hidden gem for people who want to be close to Downtown Dubai without having to deal with the full hustle every day. Walk down the street and you might see locals out for an evening stroll or people walking their dogs. Some mornings you will probably just grab a coffee downstairs and catch up on emails in the lounge because the vibe here is just that chill. There is a gym and pool so you can squeeze in a workout or a swim before work if you are that kind of person or just take it easy on the weekends and watch the city move around you.
When it comes to getting around you are well connected. You can drive to Downtown Dubai in about five minutes on a good day or hop over to Sheikh Zayed Road if you need to get farther out. Taxis are everywhere and there are always buses moving up and down the canal. With all these city perks right outside it is actually easy to imagine yourself living here full time or even just using it as a city base for when you visit Dubai. Some days you might just forget about your phone and take in the view instead.
Honestly sometimes places just make sense and this studio in Urban Oasis does that. It feels modern and comfortable without being fussy. The only way to really know if it is right for you is just to come see it. If you have any questions or want to see it in person I am always happy to help out. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next move as easy and relaxed as possible.
