Serenia Living, Palm Jumeirah
Some places just sort of slow you down. That is what happened when I checked out this studio apartment at Serenia Living, out on Palm Jumeirah. You get the feeling you are somewhere special right from the start and honestly it is not just about looks. There is a kind of calm here that is hard to put into words and maybe that is the best part about beachfront living on the Palm. For anyone searching for a studio apartment with genuine soul this one definitely gives you that.
You walk in and the first thing to notice is the light. Hazel Wong designed these places to soak up as much of it as possible. The windows are big and I mean full wall to wall in some spots so you do not just get a glimpse of the Arabian Gulf you get the whole picture. Sometimes it is a bright morning and you could just stand there seeing the whole coastline wrap around the island and honestly you kind of forget about everything else. Other times in the late afternoon it goes golden and you just notice how quiet things can get up here compared to city life.
Everything inside feels tailor made and thoughtful. The finishes really surprised me when I ran my hand over the counters and edges. It is all sleek but somehow not cold it almost invites you to actually live there not just visit. All the furniture and fittings are sourced straight from Italian design houses so if you take a closer look you will notice small details that make it feel more personal than other studio apartments I have seen in Dubai.
And about the location the beach is just there you do not even have to cross a road. There is private beach access so you can just grab your towel and be on the sand in moments. Sometimes in the early mornings you see people just walking by with coffee or going for sunrise runs. Every day feels a bit like a resort holiday but you are actually home and that is something that sets Serenia Living apart. You probably will love the pool too. It looks right out at the sea and it is one of the biggest on Palm Jumeirah. Even if you just want to float on your back and watch the sky it is totally peaceful.
If you have friends or want to have the family over there is more than enough communal space plus kitchens that you could actually cook in not just heat up takeout. There is a barbecue area tucked away so the evenings can turn into something social when you want them to. The vibe overall is friendly but private. Some people bump into each other down at the tennis courts or in the spa but nobody seems in a rush. Life is more relaxed here. And if you need anything there is dedicated concierge and even a Rolls Royce chauffeur if you feel like arriving or leaving in style or just want to skip the taxi lines.
People always ask about views on the Palm and these are pretty much the best you can get for a studio. It is completely uninterrupted so you see Palm Jumeirah coastline on one side and the Dubai skyline on the other. If you are the type who likes having a coffee in the window in the morning you will probably never get bored with what you see outside.
For working from home or just unwinding after a long day it feels easy to switch off here. Wireless is strong so video calls are not a hassle. But honestly you will probably find yourself just looking out the glass or heading to the private beach more than you look at your phone. The coffee shop is close too so popping out for a croissant or a quick espresso is just a short walk.
I always think you can get a feel for a community just by spending an hour or so on a random afternoon. Here kids ride bikes in the quiet stretches between the buildings and people nod good morning without it ever feeling crowded which is kind of rare on Palm Jumeirah.
Anyway the best way to see if this studio apartment at Serenia Living, Palm Jumeirah feels like your new spot is just to come walk through it. You are welcome to reach out anytime even if you just want to ask questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next move to feel comfortable from the start.
All the details you need about your favorite property, neatly packed into one handy file.
