Sometimes when a place just feels right, you know it straight away. I got that feeling walking up to this six bedroom villa in Victory Heights, right in Dubai Sports City. The first thing I noticed was how green and peaceful it all felt, with nothing between you and those open views of the Els Golf Course. The backyard is honestly a bit of a showstopper, all neat grass and that private pool that catches the afternoon sun, so you just imagine lazy weekends or easy mornings with coffee outside.

Inside, the light kind of follows you in. Big windows everywhere. I found myself standing for a second in the wide hallway, just watching the sun stretch out across the floor. There is a study on one side that feels quiet and tucked away, perfect if you are working from home or if you want somewhere to read where no one will bother you. Grocery runs are easy, schools are nearby, and if you need to get into the city for work or dinner with friends, it actually does not take long.

This villa has the kind of space you do not see a lot in Dubai. Thirteen thousand or so square feet gives you room to do pretty much anything you want, inside and out. The backyard is private, so no one is looking in, and there is plenty of area for the kids to run or even for a dog if you have one. Sometimes you just need to feel there is space to breathe, and you get that here.
