Some places really do make you pause for a second and just take it all in. This six bedroom villa on Zuha Island feels like that the minute you arrive. I remember walking in and actually saying wow under my breath. Everything is so open you get these big waves of sunlight pouring in and sometimes you just stare out at the water instead of checking your phone. Out here it is really peaceful just the sound of the sea and maybe the wind if you open the terrace doors. Zuha Island itself is private and you get here with a short boat ride from the Dubai coast it is about twelve minutes and the ride is half the fun honestly. When you step off and make your way to the villa it feels sort of like you are on your own little resort but with none of the crowd and all of the space to move at your own speed.
The design kind of matches what you see around you with these rolling curves and lots of open spaces. The entrance is dramatic in a quiet way there is a panoramic elevator and a spiral staircase right at the centre you will probably end up taking pictures there if your friends visit. Straight from the hallway you head into a living space that just stretches and this double sized room has these big windows facing the beach. You get a dining room that feels like it should have some banquets in it but it still just feels easy not stuffy. The kitchen is actually where you can imagine making coffee in the mornings or having a lazy sandwich lunch it is semi open and just makes food feel like part of the day.
The best thing is how the inside sweeps into the outside. You slide open these doors and it flows right onto the pool deck. The pool is set up in three levels and when the sun is out you see how the water changes color as it gets deeper. There is space to lay out in the sun or barbecue with people or eat right at the edge while you watch the water and you end up almost wandering out to the private beach without thinking about it. The transition is just smooth and easy. Sometimes you see kids building sandcastles and you kind of wish you were doing that too.
Upstairs you get three really big bedrooms each has its own bathroom and wardrobe. Everything is made for comfort. There is also a separate living space for family and another dining and kitchen area so if you want to have movie night or just keep upstairs quiet you can. Above that the villa gives you two more huge bedroom suites with dressing rooms. The top is for the master suite. It is the widest part of the villa and you actually get his and hers walk in dressing rooms a bathroom that is split into two so you both have space and a private sitting area for moments when you want to chill out solo. The terrace up there is honestly peaceful if you want to step outside without any noise.
The rooftop is a whole experience on its own with a covered lounge and a small kitchen so imagine evenings up there with the sea breeze. There is an open terrace with lots of seating and another pool so even up at the top you can dip into the water and watch the sun go down. The villa is spread over five levels from basement to rooftop so you get loads of space and moments of privacy when you want them. Downstairs you have rooms for staff a utility area and another service kitchen that feels tucked away.
What you might notice is there is always a place to find some quiet just for yourself. Zuha Island has this rare balance of natural wildness and calm, with the city close enough but not too close. Honestly it is one of those homes you just need to experience yourself because reading about it is nothing like standing by the water or hearing how quiet it gets at night. If you want to have a look or just talk about what living out here is like reach out any time. We always try to help you settle in at your pace.
