Maybe it's the view across the Montgomerie Golf Course that just pulls you in. Even for Dubai, the sense of space and quiet feels unusual. One of the first things you notice standing outside is how the garden seems to spill out and just keep going which feels rare in the city. Sometimes you even catch the soft sound of a driver teeing off in the distance. I found myself just stopping for a minute to watch the light changing over the greenery.

A lot of Emirates Hills owners love the privacy and easy access to the golf course and just the everyday walks that loop around the community. School runs or friends coming over are never a headache from here.

This villa is ready and vacant. There is no chain and you can step in as soon as you are ready. Sometimes I think words and photos cannot do Emirates Hills justice. You have to feel it.
