Polo Homes, Arabian Ranches
Some homes just have a certain quiet about them. This six bedroom villa in Polo Homes, Arabian Ranches, really slowed me down the first time I stepped through the gate. There is just something about the wide open views over the polo and equestrian field, with that kind of soft rustle from the grass and sometimes you can actually watch the horses training in the morning light. Polo Homes itself is pretty exclusive, I mean there are only seventy one villas tucked behind those gates and you get a sense of it as soon as you drive in. It is not crowded and the roads are peaceful, sometimes you even notice a neighbor walking their dog with a cup of coffee early on weekends.
The thing about this villa is how much space you get. We are talking over ten thousand square feet on the inside, and even that does not count the extensions. There is a real sense of room to breathe, not just big empty halls but proper spaces you could see yourself actually living in, with friends or family around. The plot is hugeโtwenty seven thousand six hundred ninety five square feet is hard to picture until you stand in the garden and realize you cannot even see the boundaries without turning your head. It feels private here. Just birds and the occasional distant clop of hooves.
Inside, just being honest, you will probably get a bit lost the first time. But it is the good kind of lost, like when you wander upstairs and discover another lounge nook that you did not see the first time. There are two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor that opens straight into the garden, and one upstairs with a view that is hard to forget. Each guest room is its own little sanctuary with en suite bathrooms and those closets that make it easy to tuck life away. I liked the quiet upstairs, how the light falls into the halls late in the afternoon. The elevator is handy if you have anyone who does not feel like climbing stairs or if you are carrying trays up for one of those family movie nights.
The kitchen makes me want to cook for people, not just order in. There is the main kitchen where things actually happen, plus a display kitchen at the front of the house which is great if you want to keep the real mess behind a door when you have company. I stood there thinking how the smells of breakfast would travel on a lazy Friday. And the way the rooms connect, it is all quite natural. No awkward corners or wasted spaces, just a home that feels lived in even when it is brand new to you.
You will notice parking is never an issue, which is rare in Dubai sometimes. There is covered parking for seven cars if you need it. Plus there are quarters for up to four staff, which really helps if you have a bigger household or just like to keep things running smoothly without feeling crowded. The pool area outside is wide open but tucked around with enough greenery that you get your privacy for swimming or just lounging in the sun with a book. Honestly, most afternoons you will probably find yourself out there instead of inside. The breeze and the way the light moves across the garden makes it easy to just switch off.
The whole Polo Homes, Arabian Ranches community, it has a settled feel. You are close enough to the main roads that reaching Downtown Dubai or the Marina is easy enough, but most days you will not want to leave. There is a cafรฉ and a little grocery not too far, and sometimes you see kids riding their bikes at sunset. You get all the amenities of Arabian Ranches too like the golf course, parks, walking trails and the equestrian center for anyone who loves riding or just watching a match on a quiet afternoon.
So that is a feel for this six bedroom villa in Polo Homes. The only way to really know if it feels right for you is to come and walk through for yourself. Any questions, or if you just want to explore the rooms in person, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com, we make it as easy as possible to find a place that actually feels like home.
