Some homes just make you slow down when you walk in. This six bedroom villa in Golf Place at Dubai Hills Estate did that for me. I stepped inside and honestly just lingered near the front hall for a minute because you can see right out through the big glass windows and the garden goes on and on. You can almost picture barbecues and birthday cakes and that feeling when everyone's laughing in the backyard while the day fades. There is so much space here it almost feels like you are in a small park, not a villa.

It feels like a proper neighborhood, not just another development. People actually know each other here. It is the kind of place where you see familiar faces at the roundabout or school drop off.

It is not often you find this much space and a real sense of community this close to everything Dubai has to offer.
