Fairway Vistas, Dubai Hills, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just have a calming sort of impact the second you walk through the front door. This six bedroom villa in Fairway Vistas at Dubai Hills Estate does exactly that. I actually stood in the entryway for a minute because the whole downstairs just kind of opens right up in front of you, with that soft morning light sneaking through the huge windows. This one feels like it was built for those easy mornings when you hear the birds outside and maybe you are just walking from the kitchen straight out to the patio with your coffee.
Over the years I have seen a lot of villas, but the honest truth is there are not many as open as this one. Right away you notice how the ground floor does not really feel divided up. The living area just flows out towards the deck, so even if you are inside you can keep an eye on whatever is happening outside by the pool or in the garden. That big lap pool is the kind you can actually use for swimming, not just dipping in and out. Some evenings I think it would be perfect out there, heat from the little fire area, kids splashing, maybe some of the family grilling dinner. You almost forget how close you are to the rest of Dubai because there is so much greenery around and it gets really quiet in the afternoons.
If you ever cook for real, not just popping something in the microwave, you will like the kitchen. There is space to move. Real counter space, not just for show. And you still get to keep chatting with whoever is in the living room. Sometimes I find these big homes can feel like there is too much formality, but here it just feels friendly somehow.
Upstairs is special too, especially the main bedroom. I think you will notice how that balcony actually looks straight out over the gardens and the parkland beyond. Late in the afternoon, it is just golden light and some birds. That bathroom really is a treat, though. I would probably end up spending too long in the tub with the door open, just soaking and watching the sky. There are two walk in closets, so you actually get your own space. For anyone who needs extra help or drivers, the lower level means you have everything set up for staff without feeling crowded at all.
Dubai Hills Estate has become a bit of a secret among families who want space but still want everything in reach. The golf course is just on your doorstep and I have met plenty of neighbors who have a quick round on Friday mornings. The clubhouse is more relaxed than you might think, sometimes families head over just for ice cream or a quick dinner, and the new mall is set to make everything even easier. There are parks and places you'll actually use on weekends and you might see a few kids on their bikes in the lane some evenings. It is also one of those rare spots in Dubai where you can get to hospitals and top schools without sitting in traffic forever. King's College Hospital is right nearby, which gives a bit of peace of mind if you have young ones.
What I always tell people is that this part of Dubai gives you a little breathing room, but you are still just a short drive to Downtown and the Marina if you ever miss the busyness. Honestly, the villa is the kind of place that makes you slow down for a second and just enjoy where you are. It feels private and open all at once, which is not easy to find in this city.
The only real way to know if it suits you is to come by and feel it for yourself. I am here for a walk through or just to answer any questions that come up. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we are happy to help you make your next move in Dubai Hills Estate feel as relaxed as possible.
