Al Wasl
Some villas just start to feel like home the second you step inside. That happened to me here on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah. The entry is just full of space and soft light and for a moment it made me want to just stand still and look around a bit. This is a six bedroom villa and honestly it is one of those places where the details keep pulling you in. You notice it when you see the way glass and stone work together on the front and all the sunlight that pours in. The neighborhood is quiet and green and you always have that sense of privacy you get in this part of Dubai. And you can feel the city's energy nearby but it does not disturb you unless you want it to.
The whole villa is spread out over about seven thousand seven hundred square feet inside so you get that feeling of room to breathe. Even if there is a big family. Actually even if you are the type to host friends and celebrate this is the kind of space that does not get crowded. On the ground floor you have this double height majlis area and a living room that honestly makes you want to settle in with a book or a cup of coffee just to watch how the light changes in the afternoon. And when you step into the kitchen it really feels like somewhere you might actually get into cooking not just order something in. There is a show kitchen you see right away when you enter the dining area and a heavy kitchen tucked out of sight if you like to keep things separate. Storage is not an issue either so you can really spread out and cook for a crowd or just keep things simple on weekends.
The guest bedroom is on the ground floor with its own large dressing space and honestly guests can feel right at home. There is even space for staff with a maid's room and a driver's room and all the everyday spaces you'd expect laundry and parking for two cars. Just outside the living area you step onto a raised wooden patio where the pool glimmers. There is this peaceful water feature that makes you want to just sit outside some evenings and listen instead of checking your phone. The pool deck feels private and big enough for a few friends at once or just some quiet morning swims before the city wakes up.
Upstairs there are four more bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a dressing room that actually fits all the clothes and shoes you have. Sometimes you see kids playing in the neighboring gardens from up here or people jogging down Al Wasl in the early evenings because the whole area feels lived in and safe. There is a family sitting spot on the first floor that is perfect for movie nights or just unwinding after work. It feels calm and connected to the rest of the home but still separate enough if you want some quiet.
Now the master suite on the top floor really surprised me. You get his and her wardrobes with soft lighting inside so getting ready feels easy. The marble bathroom is genuinely spa like and the private terrace looks right out at the Burj Khalifa which honestly never feels old. There is even a little rooftop garden for those cooler months when you actually feel like being outside. The views of the skyline are just something else at sunset. It is easy to forget you are right in the heart of Jumeirah with this much peace up here.
Throughout the villa you will notice the Italian porcelain floors except in the master where there is this rich parquet that just feels warm underfoot. Doors are solid and finished with hardware from the UK and all the glass keeps out the heat which is just smart for living in Dubai. The lighting is soft but modern and even small details like the marble staircase and the stainless and glass rails catch your eye. It feels complete but not flashy. It is just really clear that care went into every bit of this villa.
Living here in Al Wasl means you are close to all the best things about Dubai like City Walk and the beaches just a short drive off. Groceries are nearby and coffee shops are never far. Sometimes you almost forget the city is moving so fast outside because there is a lot of calm inside these walls.
Honestly the only way you will know if it is the right fit is if you come and walk through and see how it feels. Call me anytime or just send a note if you want to have a look. That is what we are here for at LuxuryProperty.com to help you find the place that feels just right for your next chapter.
