Al Manara, Al Bandar, Al Raha Beach
Some homes just help you slow down a little. This six bedroom villa in Al Bandar, Al Raha Beach, really does that. As soon as I walked in, it felt like one of those places where families gather and sunlight always finds its way inside. Al Manara is never short on big villas, but this one stands out even before you step inside. Something about the white marble stairs and the sound of water from the pool in the back yard. I actually paused at the entrance, just for a moment. You can see straight across the main hallway to the dining room, and honestly the view is pretty peaceful.
The main reception area gives off a warm feel. Nobody is rushing anywhere. Just across you see the dining space that actually feels like somewhere you could see a birthday dinner happening. If you turn left you find two huge living rooms that open right onto the garden, with floor to ceiling windows so you can always glance out at palm trees or see who is in the pool. There is a piano corner tucked away as well, which is one of those little surprises that makes a house more fun. And the bar area over there feels ready for friends over the weekends. The guest bathroom has all marble details which sounds fancy but really just feels comfortable. Not showy.
On the other side of the entrance, two of the bedrooms are tucked away. So if you have someone who does not really like stairs, they will be happy. One is used as an office right now and it gets lovely afternoon sunlight. Both have bathrooms, so visitors or grandparents can stay over without any fuss. The kitchen is close, which I always think matters. This one is not just here to look good for photos. You could actually cook for a whole crew and still have space. You can hear sounds from the living room while fixing dinner which is nice. The appliances are all here and you really just need to bring your own favourite mug.
Heading upstairs, the marble steps honestly feel a bit luxurious without trying too hard. As soon as you reach the landing, there is a big family area that opens to a balcony. Good spot for coffee in the mornings or just looking down at the garden when you want to think. All four upstairs bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and they are not squeezed together at all, so there is plenty of space. It actually feels private for everyone, and there is a small pantry up here as well in case you want to grab snacks after hours.
The garden is probably the first thing everyone is going to ask about. It is bigger than you think. There is a long swimming pool surrounded by grass and flowers, plus those palm trees that really make you feel like you are not in the city at all. The barbecue and seating area are tucked away near the back, just far enough from the house that you forget about things like emails for a while. The big privacy panels mean you can just relax without worrying who is watching. In fact, sometimes it looks and feels like a little island. There is also a separate space for the staff and drivers, plus a laundry room and a main kitchen that can handle all kinds of entertaining or busy family days.
When it comes to getting around, you will notice how easy this spot is for daily life. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Wasl are both a quick drive away, and you can be at the beach or the highway in maybe five minutes. There is lots of parking, so you will not be circling around looking for a space after a long day. The entrance to Al Manara has a coffee shop not too far and you often see kids on bikes in the evenings or neighbours out for a walk. At night, the garden lights make it feel pretty calm.
There is plenty more I could say, but honestly you know pretty quickly when a house feels right. Come and see if this six bedroom villa in Al Bandar, Al Raha Beach feels like the one. If you want to take a look or have questions, I am always here to help. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just want your move to feel like the right step.
