Tilal Al Ghaf
Some places just have that extra dose of calm when you walk in. This seven bedroom villa at Shore Estates on Lanai Islands in Tilal Al Ghaf is one of them. I wandered in and found myself just pausing a moment in the entryway, thinking you could almost hear the quiet, even though you are right here in Dubai. It feels private, but not cut off, if that makes sense.
You first come into this double sized great room, with sunlight sneaking in from all directions. The ceilings stretch higher than you expect, and honestly, you can see this becoming a favorite spot whether you're in the mood for family board games or just something as simple as sitting with your morning coffee. Next to that you get a formal dining room that actually feels inviting and not stiff at all. I kept picturing big Friday lunches with laughter carrying down the hall. There's a proper home office tucked on the side and a guest bedroom that gets its own quiet corner. The kitchen is one of those spaces you end up hanging out in, even when you are not cooking. There's a beautiful presentation kitchen that you would actually want to use. Plus, with that big prep kitchen, you can make a real mess and no one ever has to see it.
Step outside and you get all the good bits of Dubai winters without leaving your garden. There's an easy patio lounge and this sunken spot with a firepit that probably gets popular in the evenings. I noticed how the way the outdoor dining is set up makes it really easy for everyone to just wander between swimming, eating, and sitting around chatting. The pool gives off that endless holiday feeling and backs right up onto Lagoon Al Ghaf. Sometimes when the sun is setting you see the water glowing and families just walking by or kids playing not too far away. For BBQ people, there's even a proper station ready for grill nights.
Go up to the first floor and you find four en suite bedrooms, all pretty spacious, but the master just stands out. It has both his and her changing rooms so there is no fighting for space in the mornings and the private terrace is huge. If you are like me and like reading before bed without any noise, you would love that. On one side there's this nanny's room which is tucked away for a bit more privacy. The pajama lounge feels like somewhere you could watch movies late into the night or let the kids spread out with their friends. Some of the rooms can even be swapped out or customized. You might decide a second master suits you better or maybe an extra chillout den instead. The layouts are not set in stone, so you get options.
The rooftop terrace is just something else. You climb up and get these wide open views, honestly it feels like you are on your own little island but with the city only minutes away if you need it.
Now the basement is not like most. There is space for seven or maybe eight cars if you are a car lover, and I mean real space not just a squeeze in. There's a whole entertainment lounge that seems like it would be busy during big game nights, plus a cinema room for actual popcorn and movie evenings. Gym and spa are right there too, so you barely have to leave home to unwind. A bit of outdoor space even down in the basement means it never feels dark or boxed in. There's also plenty of staff and utility rooms, so nothing gets cluttered.
And honestly, the Tilal Al Ghaf community adds a lot. You get the lagoon with its waterfront walkways and little outdoor cafes and people out jogging most mornings. There's an international school close by and the main roads are not far if you are heading out, which is handy for school runs.
The best way to see if it makes sense for you is just to visit. If you want to have a look, or you just want to talk about what's possible here, let me know. We are always happy for a proper conversation at LuxuryProperty dot com and to help make your next move feel easy.
