The sauna and wellness zone are easy to miss but they are tucked away for when you need to escape for just a little while. The garage fits six cars easily which is rare to come by in Dubai and is not one of those afterthought garages either. Everything has its place.

Living in Pearl Jumeirah gives you this mix of privacy and connection. Most days it feels quiet and almost hidden from the world but you are never far from the best parts of Jumeirah. Coffee shops and brunch places around the corner and the streets are easy for evening walks. Sometimes you even catch kids pedaling their bikes as the sun drops over the water. The vibe in the neighborhood is laidback and it never really leaves you.
