Dubai Hills Grove, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes really just have their own atmosphere the second you walk through the door. That happened for me the first time I stepped into this seven bedroom villa at Dubai Hills Grove and, honestly, I stood in the entryway just looking up at that spiral wooden staircase. There is this floor to ceiling chandelier shining all the way through three levels and something about it just feels special from the start. You cannot help noticing the elegant tree by the entrance either and it actually brings a bit of calm into the space. I found myself taking a slow breath which does not always happen in big Dubai mansions.
This place is spread across a whopping thirty three thousand square feet, but it is the little details you keep running into that make it feel homey rather than just impressive. The living and family rooms have this natural light that comes through in the morning so you can see the sun stretch across the floors. Sometimes I think it is the kind of house where everyone somehow ends up in the kitchen, which is custom built and has these really nice wood surfaces. Not just a show kitchen, you could genuinely cook for family dinners here or even try that new recipe you have been putting off. The doors open up so the line between inside and outside just disappears, which makes family get togethers or last minute BBQs a breeze.
If you work from home, you will probably appreciate the his and hers offices. Each one has its own private garden view so even if you spend all day on video calls, you can look outside and see something green. I actually took a seat in one of the office chairs and just watched a few birds hop around the hedges. The majlis by the entrance has this welcoming feel. There is always that one space that ends up being the spot for quick chats with guests or reading a book with afternoon tea.
Upstairs you have all seven bedrooms together. The master suite definitely stands out. You get your own sitting room to unwind and a big balcony for morning coffee. The walk in closets are separate so you never have to share, which just makes getting ready in the morning simpler. For families with children or those who have friends staying over a lot, there is a Jack and Jill study right there, plus a cozy lounge that somehow just invites laughter and mess and toys all over the floor.
Now if you love relaxing or staying active without leaving home, the basement will probably become your favorite spot. There is a real wellness vibe here. Full gym with hardwood floors and big mirrors where you start to actually enjoy your workout playlist again. Next to the gym you will find the spa and sauna. Honestly, you can hear the sound of the indoor waterfall and sometimes you just forget the world outside completely. And the media room is tucked away behind thick doors so you can crank up a movie or watch football with friends without anyone getting bothered upstairs.
The terrace deserves a mention too. The sunsets move across Dubai Hills Estate and everything sort of glows at the end of the day. You have got an infinity pool that runs most of the villa and there is a sunken seating area beside it. I am a big fan of those evenings when you have friends over for a simple BBQ and watch the sky shift from orange to deep blue while kids play near the pool. Everything outside is landscaped to keep things mellow and private.
Dubai Hills Estate as a community does make life easy. Coffee shops and bakeries are never too far. There are international schools just down the road. The Dubai Hills Mall is really close and the golf course sits right next to this home. Early weekend mornings can be spent walking or even just waving hello to neighbors walking their dogs.
Honestly, it is one of those rare villas that is as practical as it is beautiful. It has been kept in great shape and does not feel fussy even with its grand design. The only way to know if it feels right for you is to walk through and see it with your own eyes. If you want to chat or just come take a look for yourself, I am around and always happy to help. At LuxuryProperty.com we really try to make your next move feel as comfortable and smooth as possible.
