Sometimes I have seen neighbours biking near sunset and there is always a sense that people enjoy being outside in this part of Marbella.

On top of that being in La Perla Blanca means you are somewhere both peaceful and connected. Shops and small cafes are never far and Marbella's marina is just a quick drive. People joke that Costa del Sol is always sunny and it almost feels true when you are here with the sea always right there.
