The swimming pool does feel a bit like a hotel pool with easy loungers but actually you will probably find it most quiet in the early evenings just before sunset.

Jumeirah Village Circle is one of those places people respect because it is central enough that nothing is really too far but it still manages to feel a bit removed from the noise of the city. You are always close to coffee shops and groceries and every now and then you see people walking their dogs or kids playing after dark. The parking is easy and for anyone who works in the Marina or even Downtown you are not stuck in traffic too long.

This apartment sits at about 732 square feet which I think is pretty ideal for someone starting out in Dubai or maybe looking for a lock up and leave place that will not give you maintenance headaches. With the skyline views you end up getting bursts of city energy without feeling crowded.
