The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah
Some places just put you at ease almost as soon as you walk in. This one bedroom apartment at The Palm Tower on Palm Jumeirah sort of does that for me. Maybe it is the light when you enter. The windows really are huge. You get this wide wash of sun across the floors and there is something calming about just leaning by the glass and looking out for a bit. You have all of Palm Jumeirah and the sea and the far spread of the city right there in your view. I ended up just standing for a minute too long, honestly.
So you have this open plan space that actually feels open. Some apartments claim it but here you can tell straight off the kitchen flows into the living and dining area like it is all meant to mix. The kitchen is smart looking with its breakfast counter, and it feels both modern and warm. I could see someone actually cooking in there, not just heating takeout. And if you like the idea of a quick espresso after work, the coffee shop in Nakheel Mall is basically right below you and you can be in and out without ever stepping outside in the heat.
Furnishings here are kind of understated, not flashy. You will see it is mostly calm tones on the couch and chairs with a few pops of color that feel just enough. Fabrics are soft too. The sort of place you want to actually sit down and put your feet up after a long day. You will also notice how private it feels. Being this high up, with the views spreading around three hundred sixty degrees, you are in your own space above the busy bits of Palm Jumeirah.
The bedroom is more than just somewhere to sleep. There is a nice walk-in closet you can really organize, not just squeeze things in. The work desk is by those same floor to ceiling windows so you get sunlight and some sweeping views while you check emails. And for mornings or nights when you need to unwind, the ensuite bathroom feels like you are in a hotel. There is both a proper tub and a separate walk-in shower, both looking out over the city. Sometimes you really forget where you are until you notice Atlantis or the water or the city skyline in the distance. Even simple daily routines get a little bit special up here.
Living at The Palm Tower is kind of like having a resort as your home. Above the St. Regis Palm hotel, so residents get to use all the good stuff. The St. Regis Beach Club is spread out just at the base with a private beach that is quiet even on the weekends, plenty of places to eat or meet friends or just do nothing at all. There are gyms and fitness spots plus somewhere to dock a boat if that is your thing. And not to forget, you are steps away from one of the highest infinity pools in the world up on the fiftieth floor. I went up there and, honestly, the views are wild. You get this restaurant above the pool and then go up another floor and there is the observation deck. It is kind of hard to explain how much of Dubai you see at once from up there.
Nakheel Mall connects straight to the building, so whether you need a quick grocery run, want a new book, or just crave a really cold juice, it is right there. You also get Palm Boardwalk for evening walks or biking. Some nights you will see families out and sometimes musicians playing, so you feel part of a real community.
Getting around is easy. The central road brings you to the mainland and in no time you are in the Marina or heading toward Downtown. The apartment is good for someone who wants both the peace of Palm Jumeirah and the convenience of having most things within arm's reach.
The only way to really know if this Palm Jumeirah apartment feels right for you is to see it in person. If it sounds like somewhere you want to imagine yourself living or you just want to walk the place and get a sense for it reach out anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com we like things to feel as relaxed and straightforward as possible.
