Beach access is private and easy so even when Dubai gets busy you can still stretch out with your toes in the sand. There are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants nearby where you can actually get a table without planning ahead for days. Grocery is never far. If you enjoy being active you can always walk down to the water or just wander along the beach at sunset.
