Step outside and you are just a short walk from the Central Hub. Some weekends you hear live music there or kids racing around the fountains. You will definitely find a coffee shop nearby and sometimes that is the only excuse you need to go down for a stroll.

There are a lot of handy things on site too. I have seen the gym and it is not packed during the day. The pool area looks like a good place for a break after work. Green spaces kind of thread through the community. You get that city vibe but every now and then you spot a tree or someone walking their dog.

If you are looking for something brand new in Sharjah but still want to be part of an active place then honestly Rehan just feels right. People moving into Aljada seem pretty happy. It is getting its own kind of buzz with food pop ups and little markets now and then. Even though you are well connected to main roads and Sharjah city center it honestly feels quiet once you are back at the apartment.
