Private beach access is probably my favourite part though. Some evenings the sand feels cool, and you can just leave your phone at home. The hotel café next door means coffee, smoothies, whatever you want without even crossing a street. Sometimes I have seen people working a bit with laptops in the lounge, and it feels low key and easy.

With one bedroom, over sixteen hundred square feet of space, and that lovely Dubai Beach vibe, it is easy to see why so many people look at Pearl Jumeirah for a second home or even a main home.
