You end up spending a random afternoon watching a film with neighbours you did not even know.

Being in Business Bay and at Paramount puts you about two minutes away from Dubai Mall. You could walk if you really wanted. Most people prefer to drive or grab a taxi, but honestly it is just easier living here if your life is around Downtown, DIFC or even if you go to Jumeirah sometimes.
