Golf Terrace, Damac Hills
Some homes just make you want to slow down for a second the first time you walk in. This one bedroom apartment at Golf Terrace in Damac Hills had that effect on me straight away. Maybe it is the light that rolls in from those floor to ceiling windows or maybe it is just the calm you feel looking out over the lush Golf Course (the golf view really does feel like a world of its own here by the way) but either way I found myself just taking a seat in the living area for a bit before I remembered I was working.
Everything inside feels easy and ready to go. You can actually imagine tossing your keys on the kitchen counter and making coffee right away because it is furnished and kitted out for someone who actually wants to live here. The kitchen does not just look good for photos there are real appliances ready for you so it is not pretending you could make a real meal in here with the cooker and the dishwasher already set up plus there is a washing machine tucked in where you need it. I ran my hand over the worktop and it just feels solid and easy to keep clean.
Now the living space actually blends right into the dining area so you can watch something on TV and snack at the same time which I liked and then the bedroom itself is the sort of place where you feel like shutting the door at the end of the day. The wardrobe is already fitted and takes up less space than you might think honestly. You will also notice the bathroom is really inviting. It just feels private and a little more tucked away but still modern, with all the basics and a good shower. There is also a powder room near the front. Little things like that honestly make a difference over time you know.
One of my favourite parts here has to be the balcony. It is not just a little shelf to stand on it is a proper spot to sit with a coffee or maybe end the day quietly. I stood there for a while and with the golf course right in front and birds kind of flicking about you barely notice any city noise at all. Some weekends you might not actually leave the building. The Golf Terrace itself is built for relaxing. Residents have a modern pool and a terrace where people tend to read or just sit in the sun. Sometimes you see kids splashing or friends catching up after work. There is something really grounded about the place kind of quiet but not isolated.
The Trump clubhouse is around the corner so if you want to treat yourself to some good food or maybe just a different spot to work from they have you covered. Supermarkets are genuinely close by walking actually feels doable and picking up groceries never feels like a chore. The pharmacy is handy too and you will see a couple of local laundry places so everyday loads do not build up.
Damac Hills as a community feels safe and not rushed at all. There are families and singles and you see a mix of morning joggers around or people waiting for school buses. The vibe is relaxed but you are not cut off from everything. Major roads like Al Qudra and Hessa are easy to get to so whether you work in Downtown Dubai or need a mall at the weekend nothing feels distant. Sometimes the only trick is remembering just how close you are to the rest of Dubai even when it feels tucked away.
Parking is sorted of course one spot comes with the apartment. Honestly it just feels like proper living whether you want something furnished and simple or just want to try out golf course views for a bit without buying.
The only way to really know how it feels is to walk in for yourself. If you want to see if this Golf Terrace apartment is the right one or have questions about living in Damac Hills just drop me a note anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com we really do want your next move to feel easy and natural.
