Marina Vista, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just have this way of putting you at ease right from the minute you walk in. That is exactly how I felt in this one bedroom apartment at Marina Vista in Emaar Beachfront. I will be honest with you the first thing that caught my eye was the view. Stepping out onto the balcony you can just settle in and get a real eyeful of the Dubai Marina skyline with the curve of Palm Jumeirah out there too. You hear the city quietly in the background but mostly it is the sound of the sea and the sort of light breeze you only get so close to the water.
This apartment is not huge but it is laid out really well. With around eight hundred sixty square feet it just feels really open. The living area gets so much sunlight especially in the morning. I actually just sat down on the couch for a bit and watched the sunlight creep across the floor. It comes fully furnished by the developer so there is no hassle of bringing in bulky new stuff or waiting weeks for deliveries. Everything has this modern kind of smooth feel. There are built in wardrobes in the bedroom which honestly make things easier and the bathroom has a design that actually feels nice to use every day and not just fancy for the sake of it.
The kitchen surprised me most. It is an Italian Ernestomeda kitchen which does sound a bit posh but really what matters is it actually works if you cook your own meals. Nice marble countertops and those Miele appliances tucked in and ready to go. I stood there for a while thinking you could genuinely host friends or even cook a proper dinner in this space rather than just heat something up. Plus you have that view while you cook or even just boil water for a tea. Sometimes these places feel a bit cold but here it is more welcoming.
Parking is sorted out so that is one less thing to worry about. I find that a small comfort not having to circle around wondering where to put your car after a day out in Dubai traffic.
If you step outside you get access to residents only amenities and they genuinely add a lot. The infinity pool looks right out at the sea and sometimes you see families just lounging with their kids splashing in the kiddie pool next to it. The gym is actually properly equipped so you do not need to rely on memberships elsewhere unless you want to. There is a communal room that sometimes people use for a quick remote work day or even to meet up with neighbors for a coffee. And the BBQ area gives off that little holiday feel even when it is just a normal Thursday.
What I also liked is how you can walk to Dubai Marina in under ten minutes. The beach is always there and you get direct access just steps from the building. Plus Sheikh Zayed Road is never far so you are not stuck feeling cut off. Shops and cafes pop up close by and if you head out early you can grab a chai and watch the surf with a few other locals. Sometimes I spot kids biking around in the evenings too. There is actually a small community feel even with all the newness here.
If you are thinking about investing or just moving for yourself this Marina Vista apartment is honestly easy to imagine living in. You get the energy of Dubai Harbour and the peace of beachfront living all at once. It is ready to move in or rent out right now no waiting no fussing and with a post handover payment plan it just feels a little less stressful. But more than anything the only true way to know if it feels like home is to come see it for yourself. Give me a shout if you want to have a look or just ask some questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we really just want to help your next move feel right and a bit more relaxed.
