1 Bedroom Apartment in Collective 2.0, Dubai Hills Estate

Honestly, I caught myself hanging out by the big window looking out at the skyline, just taking a couple quiet minutes before even asking where the bedroom was. One of the best things is being right by Dubai Hills Mall. Coffee shops, grocery runs, pretty much everything you need is close by. It means you do not lose hours in traffic or waiting on deliveries. Dubai Hills Park is also around the corner, with people jogging or walking dogs or just sitting on benches. Sometimes there are community events, so you do not feel cut off, but you still have your privacy when you want it.

This one bedroom is about 482 square feet. I know it is not huge, but it is practical. If you like things tidy or easy to look after, it makes everyday life feel simple. Would it suit someone looking for a big family home probably not, but if you want a first home or even a clever investment in Dubai, it is honestly a good choice. It attracts a nice community mostly people working in tech or creative jobs so you feel like you are with people in your own phase of life.
