1 Bedroom Apartment in Churchill Towers, Business Bay

Some homes just put you at ease when you walk in. That is honestly what I felt with this one bedroom apartment in Churchill Towers right in the middle of Business Bay. You step inside and the first thing you notice is how bright and open everything feels. Sunlight pouring into the lounge most hours of the day and you almost do not want to turn on any lights. It is sort of the feeling you get when you are on a break, even if you are just home after work. I actually stood out on the balcony for a while, just watching how the canal shines and how there is always something to look at with the city moving by and sometimes you even get that view of the Burj Al Arab off in the distance.

The kitchen here is a good one, honestly set up for real everyday cooking. Open plan so you are never closed off from the conversation or whatever is happening in the living room and dining space. You can actually cook something on a Sunday or just heat up leftovers and still feel part of everything around you. You are central in Business Bay, close to pretty much everything. You can walk or take a super quick ride to Dubai Mall or Downtown, or head along the canal for a coffee. There is a feeling that life is always close by but you are not stuck in the middle of noise all the time. Sometimes you will spot people biking or just walking along the waterway in the evenings and it helps remind you why people love this area.

Heading into the bedroom you really pick up on the design that is clever for how it brings in so much daylight. The whole outside wall is just windows and the city feels almost part of your room at times. There is enough space for a big bed and a proper set of drawers or desk if you work from home some days. Built in wardrobes are there of course and they are actually a good size. The attached bathroom is easy to live with plenty of room to move around and a shower that you will not feel cramped in.

Churchill Towers is known for putting real value in its apartments and you notice it. You have access to a great gym which is not just an afterthought but one you would actually want to use. There is also a big infinity pool that looks over the water and a hot tub too which honestly feels like a treat at the end of the week. It is easy living because everything is downstairs or close by. Restaurants for when you just cannot be bothered to cook and little groceries plus a pharmacy and places to grab your morning coffee.

For the price this space really offers more than most in Business Bay, especially considering the location and facilities. The commute is simple if you work in Downtown or DIFC since you are right on all the main roads but you rarely feel rushed up here on the higher floors. I noticed that people here seem to actually know some of their neighbours which is not that common in the city. There is a relaxed feeling in the building especially in the quieter corners by the pool or lobby.
