Coffee shops are just down below too, and the kind of local places where you end up being recognised after a few visits.

Downtown Dubai life is right out your door, with designer shops, restaurants, and all the best bits of the city within easy walking distance. Most of the people living in these towers are young professionals, sometimes couples, who like being close to everything but still coming home to somewhere that does not feel busy. The parking is sorted, so no drama there, and access to nearby roads is actually pretty smooth which can make a big difference if you are commuting.
