Somebody was grilling when I toured the courtyard and the smell actually made me hungry right away.
It is honestly great for anyone who wants a less rushed Dubai lifestyle. And because you are in Dubai Sports City, you get that family friendly, green vibe but you are never too far from the main places. I timed it and if you drive, you can be over at Dubai Marina in maybe sixteen minutes on a normal day. Palm Jumeirah takes about twenty and if you fancy the Mall of the Emirates or even Downtown for an evening, it is a straight route. The airport is also not too far. You never feel cut off.
The tower is still fairly new so it is vacant and waiting for the first real person to make it a home. The way the windows let in natural light, the balcony overlooking that calm stretch of golf course, and the feeling of space even in a one bedroom. Sometimes you almost forget your phone when you are out on the balcony. Plus all the perks like the wellness hub and kids play areas. They thought about the little things. You even see kids biking in the evening if you walk around.
