You are a stroll from the Jumeirah Golf Estates Country Club which has a huge pool gym spa and some friendly cafes. Often you will spot neighbors meeting for coffee in the mornings or just heading off for a round of golf if that is your thing.

From what I could see the villa is spacious at just under six thousand built up. The plot of over seven thousand square feet means you have room to spread out. Not far from the city but well away from any rush or noise.

If you are looking for a real sense of calm but still want a bit of community this place is easy to like. You really have to walk through it though to get the feeling.
