I walked in through the front door and literally caught myself just looking outside for a second. The view, honestly, is a bit of a show stopper. You have this real openness, golf course stretching out in the distance, and not much noise except the sound of birds and maybe the occasional soft whirr of a golf cart somewhere nearby. That quiet is rare in Dubai. You start to notice it straight away.

The entrance has this easy feeling, like you are not trying too hard. You head inside and there is a proper entrance foyer, not just some tight hallway where folks bump into each other. The backdrop is always the Earth golf course, where they run some of those big DP World Tour events, so most days you just get this sense of space and greenery. It is easy to forget that the city is just a few minutes away.

Garage wise there is space for two cars under cover which is nice because you never want to come back to a hot car in summer. There is also an extra space just for your golf cart with a charger, which is used more than you would think when you live in Jumeirah Golf Estates. Driveway fits even more cars if you have friends coming by for Friday lunch or you just own a few too many vehicles.

The weekends here are a little different. Sometimes you spot families walking or out on their bikes. There are always golfers in the distance but somehow it is all very peaceful. Grocery runs are simple with local shops close by and the clubhouse is never far for a coffee or a lazy breakfast. Life here just seems to slow down a bit. Even the phone feels less important.
