Apartment Building 5, Bluewaters Residences, Bluewaters
Some homes just have a certain way of slowing you down. This four bedroom villa at Bluewaters Residences really does that. The first time I stepped through the door here I actually stopped for a second before taking another step because that sea view from the living area just pulls you right in. The light is different here too and you really will notice it. You see it bouncing off the surface of the Arabian Gulf and then sort of drifting through the big windows into every part of the room. It just makes you want to stay longer.
Bluewaters Island might be man made but honestly it feels so nicely settled into Dubai life. You are close to Jumeirah Beach Residences but once you are here it is quiet in just the right way. Take a walk down the main boulevard and you get a real community vibe but never feel crowded. You might catch a family taking an evening stroll or someone waiting on a coffee right by the water. In the mornings it is calm and you can smell the sea and sometimes there are birds by the shore. The full sea view from this villa always reminds you that the water is just there always changing from early morning silver to sunset gold. When you wake up and pull back the curtains it really is nothing but blue Gulf as far as you can see.
Right from the podium level entrance you will see how open the villa feels. There is no fuss with a bunch of walls chopping the place up. The living and dining flow into each other and you just know this is somewhere families or friends will actually gather not just pass through. If you like cooking the kitchen is a surprise. It is set up for more than just reheating takeaways. The white cabinetry looks clean and modern the Elba appliances actually seem like something you would use every day but it does not feel cold or formal. You can step out through the big sliding doors and right onto your own terrace. The private plunge pool is there too and it makes sense once you stand outside and listen to the water for a bit and feel the sea breeze. I sat there one clear morning and just let the view do the talking. Downstairs has a proper guest bedroom too so if friends or parents visit they will not feel like an afterthought. Floor to ceiling windows make that room a bright happy spot and even there you still get that sea view.
Go upstairs and the feeling changes again. Things are quieter more private. There is a family room up here that just invites a movie night or even just curling up with a book. If you are working from home there is a spot that works as a home office it is not hidden away in some awkward corner. The three main bedrooms upstairs each have their own balcony and honestly that is rare. People can step out and get a bit of fresh air or just enjoy the sound of the ocean whenever they want. The primary bedroom feels special with its walk in closet and a bathroom that honestly looks like a little spa. The use of Scandinavian hardwood on the floor just feels good underfoot in the morning. Drawers slide smooth doors close solid it all feels built to last without being flashy.
Bluewaters Residences really gives you more than the basics. I like that there are two fitness gyms so you never have to wait for cardio or weights. You get four swimming pools so you can always find a quiet corner or head where the families are. The landscaped gardens actually get used by the community. Some evenings you see a basketball game or hear kids on the playground set away from the roads. It just feels mapped out for real life not a brochure.
A waterfront villa like this puts you close to all the best bits of Dubai. Shops cafes even the big city is just a quick drive but most days you want to stay put. It might sound simple but sometimes you forget your phone just because you are looking at the sea. That is something not every place can offer.
If you are thinking of Bluewaters or just feel curious to see if this could be your next home the only real way is to come visit and get a feel for yourself. Any questions or if you want a tour just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make finding your Dubai villa as easy as possible.
