Some homes just have a kind of warmth about them when you step through the door. That is how it felt when I walked into this four bedroom villa in Azalea at Arabian Ranches 2. Maybe it is the way the late morning light fills the entrance hall or the smell of the garden outside that you catch when you first arrive. Right in the middle of Arabian Ranches 2, there is this calm feeling on the street itself. People are out for a walk or on their bikes, and you hear a bit of laughter from the neighbor's backyard sometimes. It feels like somewhere you could just slow down after a long week.

The local shops are close, there is a coffee shop you can actually walk to, and you see lots of people out and about in the morning. Kids are riding their bikes and families take a walk after dinner. The schools nearby have a good reputation. The whole spot just feels established now.
