Hayat Townhouses, Town Square
Some places just make you want to pause for a second right when you walk in. That's what I felt the first time I stepped into this four bedroom townhouse in Hayat Townhouses at Town Square. It's tucked on a quiet street not far from the road so if you like watching the neighborhood wake up in the mornings or catching a few minutes of sunset from your window you will probably like it here. You are only about a minute's walk to the community pool and park which I think is a nice bonus if you like to wander out for a dip or just stretch your legs when the weather cools down. There is just this relaxed energy around the area especially in the afternoons when families start drifting outside and you start hearing the little sounds of kids playing in the park nearby.
The house itself is an end unit and honestly that changes the feel of the place. It just feels a bit more private with the extra chunk of garden space wrapping around the sides and you do get a bit more natural light through the whole house. You come in through a little entryway and right away you see the open kitchen flowing right into the main living area. It is one of those kitchens where you can actually imagine cooking up a full meal not just heating leftovers. There is enough space to shuffle around and plenty of storage so you are not fighting with your pantry every time you organize groceries. I stood in the living room for a while just looking out through these big glass doors that slide open onto the garden. It is not a huge yard like some villas you see but there is enough space for an easy barbecue or even a little herb patch if you're into homegrown mint for your tea. Sometimes you see birds landing in the hedges out back and I feel like you will probably just end up leaving the doors open during the cooler months.
Downstairs has a tucked away bedroom which feels flexible. I always imagine people using this kind of room in different ways. Maybe you need a study to work from home or a kids' zone where toys can live instead of the hallway. Or if you have guests staying over it just works without awkward shuffling around beds upstairs. The maids room is tucked off the kitchen by the way so it just flows with the rest of the house instead of feeling stuck in a corner.
Upstairs is where things slow down. The master bedroom doesn't feel fancy for no reason but it is comfortable. You get this nice balcony overlooking the garden which would make for a quiet coffee spot in the mornings when nobody else is awake yet. The en suite bathroom actually feels like you could use it every day not just for show with two basins and good storage. The other two bedrooms are side by side and share a bathroom so if you have kids they are close enough to feel connected but not right on top of each other.
The whole house covers just about two thousand four hundred square feet inside so you get a soft balance between cozy and roomy and with a plot a little bigger than that there is room for outdoor time without a ton of gardening hassle. Views are mostly of the road and the community but honestly it makes people watching kind of interesting and you never feel shut off from the world. Sometimes you see kids biking past or waves from neighbors on their way to their morning walk.
It is just an easy walk to other Town Square spots whenever you need fresh bread or a quick coffee. And the whole Hayat Townhouses pocket of Town Square is mostly families and young couples so there is always some friendly face out and about. Some properties make you feel like you could settle in and just start living right away. This one does that for me. If you are curious or just want to peek inside for yourself let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make everything about your next move simpler and way more comfortable. The only way to know for sure if this townhouse is your kind of place is to come see it in person. I am always happy to show you around or just answer your questions whenever you like.
