Al Reem 1, Al Reem, Arabian Ranches
Some homes just have a warm kind of hush when you step inside and for me this four bedroom townhouse in Al Reem at Arabian Ranches is exactly that. I walked in and found myself pausing in the entrance just taking it all in. You do get this sense of space and ease that is not there in every place honestly. The light just comes in at the right angles through those big windows and even in the middle of the day it never feels harsh while still letting a fresh mood fill the rooms. Years ago when I first started showing properties here I noticed that Al Reem has these stretches of greenery just outside most homes and you can always spot someone tending the garden or kids playing with a football.
What you might like straight off is that this home sits on a corner plot. It makes a difference. You get a bit more privacy and you do not feel boxed in. The first thing my eyes always catch is the way the garden wraps around the house. It is simple and tidy now but honestly it is one of those gardens you could actually use for afternoons with friends or family. I have seen people set up picnic mats or small tents for the kids and when the weather cools down everyone is outside for a barbecue or just some tea with neighbours.
The villa is Type 3E with a total built up area of two thousand two hundred ninety two square feet which feels bigger than the numbers say when you walk through. The open plan living arrangement kind of pulls everyone together. There are multiple spaces here so if your family wants to spread out it just works. The kitchen is not just a place to heat leftovers it actually feels like somewhere you might cook up a proper meal. When I visited there was this echo of laughter from another room and it really felt like a lived in happy space. Plus you can keep an eye on the garden from the kitchen so it is easy if you have younger kids who love running around outside.
Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms. Sometimes bedrooms in townhouses feel a bit tight but here they are laid out so everyone has their spot. You will notice the main bedroom has just a bit more space and windows that look out over the treetops that line the lane. Some mornings I imagine sitting by the window with coffee just watching the day get started slow and quiet before everything picks up. If you have work calls from home or need a study area it could actually work well in one of the extra rooms. There is that kind of peace to the place.
The position in Arabian Ranches puts you right near what you need but not so close that you lose any quiet. There are community pools and the park is an easy walk I promise I timed it with my own lazy pace and it is still close. You will see lots of families out with strollers or neighbors chatting near the playground. The coffee shop at the community center is always open for a quick break or you can head for a jog along the pathways that curve through the neighborhood. Out here the pace is different from the city but you can reach everything fast when you want. Schools are nearby which matters if you have kids plus shops and little everyday things.
People sometimes ask if Arabian Ranches really suits families as much as everyone says and I always say you notice how welcoming it feels. There is a community vibe and you really do see kids biking down the road as the sun goes down. The streets are calm and evenings can be surprisingly quiet except maybe the sound of someone grilling nearby.
The only real way to know if this four bedroom townhouse in Al Reem feels like your home is to come and see it for yourself. You can walk through with no rush take your time and see how it fits you.
