Downtown Dubai life is honestly easy from this spot. The Dubai Mall is right there. I have walked it plenty of times so I know how close it feels. Souk Al Bahar has a different vibe and makes a good stop when you want a change from the usual routine. There are more cafes and restaurants than you will ever get bored of. Even the smaller places tucked behind the main roads work well if you want to sneak away for a quiet evening.

I will say, not many places in Downtown come with this balance of view, space and a feeling that is both quiet and right in the middle of everything. It is one of only four apartments like this in the whole development so you get that sense of being part of something a bit more special.
