There is a private beach that is actually private, so even on weekends it never gets overwhelmingly busy. The gym and fitness spots are nicely kept and you do not have to hike through endless hallways to find them either.

Weekend breakfast or late night takeout is simple because the shops and cafes at JBR boardwalk are close enough to walk, even if you sometimes forget your wallet and need to double back. The Marina and Bluewaters Island are both near enough for a last minute dinner or just sitting by the water with friends. If you are the kind of person who wants both calm and quick access to city life, this spot nails it. You almost forget you are in the middle of Dubai sometimes.

The apartment comes unfurnished so you can really put your style in and make it your own. At three thousand eight hundred square feet, it does not feel cramped anywhere. Sometimes people tell me they walk through and just find themselves standing at the window for a while. Maybe that is a good sign.
