5 Bedroom Villa in Victory Heights, Dubai Sports City

This five bedroom villa in Victory Heights, right in the heart of Dubai Sports City, did exactly that for me. I remember stepping into the entrance foyer and honestly just wanting to look around for a bit before I said anything. There is something about the feel here. Maybe it is the big windows letting in soft light or maybe it is just how peaceful the place feels even though you're in a huge city.

Victory Heights, if you have not been, is one of those communities where people seem to enjoy being outside. You see kids with scooters in the afternoons and parents waving at neighbors when they walk their dogs. This spot in Morella is tucked away in probably one of the best parts of the community. The villa looks right over the golf course which, if you are anything like me, means there are always green views and a breeze. And then there is the backyard. I had to stand outside for a minute to actually take it in. You will find a huge private pool out there that honestly feels more like it belongs to a small resort than a home. It is actually somewhere you could cook for a big family dinner. Plenty of storage and places for everyone to gather while someone is at the stove. Downstairs you also have a guest bedroom and a maids room, which makes it easier for visitors or if you have live-in help.

Upstairs, there is a central family room that could be a cozy TV spot or maybe a space for kids to hang out while the grownups are downstairs. Off that room are four double bedrooms. Two of them share what they call a Jack and Jill bathroom which is just a roomy shared space with nice fixtures. The two main bedrooms though, they feel special. Both have en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes for your things, and then terraces that look over the pool and of course that golf course view. I stood out on one of those balconies and honestly lost track of time watching golf carts roll by and hearing birds you do not get everywhere in Dubai.

There is the Els Club just a walk away so if golf is part of your life or you just want to grab a coffee somewhere friendly, it is never far. Shops and schools are also just a quick drive which makes the days a lot easier if you have family routines. The whole area is set up for an easy lifestyle. The villa itself is five thousand one hundred eighty square feet of built up area sitting on a plot that is almost double that. It gives you that feeling of space both inside and out.
