5 Bedroom Villa in Victory Heights, Dubai Sports City

Some homes just have a certain way of settling you the second you walk in. This five bedroom villa in Esmeralda, which is one of the nicest corners of Victory Heights here in Dubai Sports City, really gave me that feeling. Before I even took my shoes off, I caught myself just standing there for a minute, listening to the quiet. There is something about these wide tree lined streets out front and the sound of the breeze. I think folks who want a bit of space away from the city but still want an easy drive to Hessa Street will get why people like Victory Heights.

From the moment you pull up, you see how much space this property sits on. The built up area is over five thousand square feet, and honestly the plot itself seems even bigger when you are standing in the garden. There is just something about the green here. And the Els Club is right there if you ever want to walk over for dinner or maybe just to hit a bucket of balls on your own on a quiet evening.

Inside, it feels calm. The foyer works as a spot where you can drop your bag and take a breath or you can actually make it another sitting area if you have some extra furniture you love. Off to one side there is a room down here that could be a comfortable office if you need to work from home some days or just have a quiet place for calls. Otherwise it makes a nice guest room. The closet space is pretty generous, so if you like a bit of order for your clothes you might appreciate it. The bathroom has a sort of quiet luxury. Not too much. Just enough so you know you are in a special place. Another bedroom has its own bathroom and looks out on the garden so you wake up to greenery every morning which does something good for your mood, honestly.

The other two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom that is more practical but it does not feel crowded and there is still plenty of space for kids or guests who might move between rooms. Sometimes you see children biking around these streets in the evenings or people out walking their dogs. Even if you do not know everyone, Esmeralda always has this neighbourly feel.

The backyard really is where you lose track of time. There are mature trees all around which give good privacy. It is the kind of space where you could have friends over for a barbecue or maybe just sit out with a cup of tea at the end of the week. You can hear the garden birds sometimes in the morning if you leave a window open.
